I’m now less self-conscious than before, right where I want to be. Feel more confident, too. What I like about hypnosis is that I can do it myself. Also, the power point you gave is helpful, didn’t need to use it much though.

Interesting… I feel very different today. Steve has not changed any bit of his behaviour, but I don’t feel there is any need for him to change at all. I even think it’s incredibally funny to ask him to change for my approval. And I can accept him as he is, at least for today. When I do so, there’s this spaciousness inside me… boy, that feels good “when I can breathe”.
